The triceps dip exercise can be done almost anywhere, It is one of the most effective exercises for activating the triceps muscles in your upper arm. Additionally, you must activate your core as you hold your hips off the ground. Follow these steps:
- Sit on inside of one of two benches placed parallel, slightly less than leg’s length away.
- Place hands on edge of the bench, straighten arms, slide rear end off of the bench, and position heels on the adjacent bench with legs straight.
- Lower body by bending arms until slight stretch is felt in chest or shoulder, or rear end touches the floor. Raise the body and repeat it.
